Rob Cain relocated Cities Insurance Group to LeClaire in 2019. He has served on many boards and committee’s in both Bettendorf and the Des Moines area. He is currently the President and Treasurer of Mississippi Valley Sportsmen; a local conservation group. 

Rob is a proud veteran and member of the LeClaire Legion. He and his wife Laura moved to LeClaire in 2021. 

Bela

Rob and his wife Tammy have lived in the Quad Cities since 1995. Rob is a radiologist with Radiology Group and has served as president of his group and medical staff president at Genesis medical Center.  Rob and Tammy have owned Bela since January of 2019 and love LeClaire and its hometown feel since they both grew up in Iowa. They love to meet locals and tourists and hope to help LeClaire thrive and make others feel welcome. 

Wayne Walley is an officer of Aunt Hattie’s Fanciful Emporium, the unique LeClaire gift shop launched in 2009 by his wife, Donna Walley. Aunt Hattie’s has been named the “Best Gift Shop” according to the Quad City Times Readers Choice awards several times, including in 2025.

Wayne also is currently serving as the president of the LeClaire Tourism Board. He is a journalist who most recently served as the vice president of publishing for the American Rental Association based in Moline, Ill., where he also was the editor of the award-winning Rental Management magazine for 17 years until he retired at the end of 2022.

He was previously the editor of Global Telephony, a telecommunications industry publication based in Chicago; New York Bureau Chief for Electronic Media, a television industry publication; and a reporter for Advertising Age, an advertising industry publication, in New York and Los Angeles. He also served as a staff writer and Los Angeles Bureau Chief for the Australian Consolidated Press, writing celebrity profiles and other feature stories for consumer magazines in Australia.

Wayne was born and raised in Morgan Hill, California, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Donna, have lived in LeClaire for 20 years.

Bill’s family has lived in the Quad Cities area for 4 generations. He retired as a mid-level manager from Deere & Company where his work took him into regular contact with John Deere dealers in a variety of capacities - dealing with “small business issues” from marketing to accounting to inventory control.  In addition to working with the chamber, Bill also “dabble in politics”.  Bill, his wife Ruth, and their dog Zelda, moved to LeClaire 3 years ago and love it!  They have 2 grown kids, Bill Jr. (Bettendorf) and Patty (Austin, Texas).

Holly Katko is the Founder & CEO of UConnect Solutions, Inc., a consulting and training firm specializing in leadership development, sales mastery, operational infrastructure, and employee benefits for growing companies and franchisors. With more than two decades of experience, Holly partners with business owners, executives, and franchise systems to build scalable operations, strong leadership cultures, and confident sales teams.

In addition to customized Leadership Mastery and Sales Mastery programs, franchise operations manuals, and strategic advisory support aligned with FDD and brand standards, she also provides group health and ancillary benefit solutions through major carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellmark, and UnitedHealthcare. Known for her practical, people-first approach and her core value of Service Above Self, Holly helps organizations move from chaos to clarity—so leaders can focus on growth, accountability, and long-term success.

She is also on the Board for the Buffalo Bill Museum, a member of the Quad City Chamber and Women Lead Change.

First Central State Bank

 Caleb Jacobi is originally from Wheatland, Iowa, and has lived in LeClaire for the past 13 years with his wife, Jaclyn, and their two daughters, Ava (15) and Etta (8). He is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, where he was also a member of the basketball team. For the past 13 years, Caleb has worked at First Central State Bank, where he currently serves as Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and attending or watching Iowa State Cyclones basketball and football games. 

Rodney was born and raised in Indiana. I am still a Hoosier at heart.

He attended the University of Dubuque and received a B.S. in Biology and Psychology. He went on to receive his M.B.A from St. Ambrose University.

He met his wife Kim at the University of Dubuque, and they have been married for 30 years. Together they raised three amazing sons. Parker, Cade, and Logan have graduated from college, and all are working in a sales field.

Professionally, he has been in medical sales for over 25 years. He is presently working for GE Healthcare selling capital imaging equipment to hospitals in Iowa.

Rodney served one term on LeClaire City Council and has been involved in other city related activities since moving to LeClaire in 1998.

Rodney and Kim have been involved in several projects over the years that have helped commercial business grow Le Claire. They include four ARBNB properties, ROOT 67, The Fish Market, and the new Multi-Use Rooted Development Building that includes four condominiums and four new commercial spaces.

Rodney and Kim are ROOTED in LeClaire and are glad they have been involved in its growth and success!

Skinderella's Wonderland Art Collective

Airyn is a multidisciplinary artist, creative entrepreneur, and community advocate based in LeClaire, Iowa, and the founder of Skinderella’s Wonderland Art Collective, a gallery and creative space dedicated to supporting local budding artists and making art education accessible to all ages.

She brings broad experience in marketing a wide range of businesses, along with a corporate legal background that informs my understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making. She also a very proud mom and has experience teaching art at the elementary school level, which shapes her commitment to education, family-centered programming, and community connection.

Electric Vehicles of Iowa

Scott Gelande (58) is the Owner of Electric Vehicles of Iowa and a 1985 graduate of PV. He has dedicated more than 20 years to coaching youth baseball and has served as a youth camp director for the past five years. Scott is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Community of Christ Church Campgrounds.

Professionally, Scott brings nearly 35 years of sales and marketing experience, specializing in industrial gas and enterprise software. For the past 10 years, he has worked as an Account Executive at VMware in Palo Alto, California, leveraging his extensive background to drive growth and build lasting client relationships

LeClaire Plant Company 

Rebekah Doering is the owner and operator of LeClaire Plant Co. LeClaire Plant Co opened in 2024 in downtown LeClaire. They specialize in houseplants, pottery, and plant workshops. Rebekah is also a licensed Realtor since 2013. She is with Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors and loves working with buyers and sellers in the QC area.

She lives in Princeton, IA with her husband, Wes who is a firefighter with Davenport Fire Department and their 3 kids. Rebekah is involved with the school PTO, volunteers as a JA instructor, Girl Scout leader and coach for kids sports teams. She also serves on a few community boards and committees.

She enjoys spending time with her family spending times outdoors, boating, hiking, visiting their cabin in Wisconsin on long weekends.
